Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Return Period: You must initiate a return within 2 business working days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Returns:

  1. Personalized Items: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of defects or damage.
  2. Clearance and Sale Items: Items marked as “clearance” or “sale” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defects.
  3. Change of Mind: Change of mind for any kind of product is not acceptable.
  4. Combo packs: Combo packs will neither change nor return.

Valid reasons to return an item:

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective.
  2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
  3. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
  4. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e. product not as advertised)

Items that are non-returnable:

  1. All types of beauty products and services.

Return Process:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization code along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Package the Return: Carefully package the unopened and unused product(s) in their original condition. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping the return to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is safely delivered. Shipping cost will not be refunded and is customer’s cost when returning the product.
  5. Changes to the Return Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
